Intergreen is a mid-rise residential project that weaves housing, shared green spaces, and vertical circulation into a continuous social ecosystem rather than a stacked set of units. Through atriums, balconies, and planted interstitial spaces, the project reimagines dense urban living as something communal, breathable, and environmentally responsive.

The project is organized through a vertically stacked modular system balancing repetition, density, and variation.
Section + Elevation Oblique
The combined section and elevation reveal how the building’s massing, green voids, and circulation align vertically and across the façade. Together, they clarify the relationship between unit stacking, shared spaces, and the exterior expression of density.
Unit Types
All residential units face south and incorporate a private balcony.
Balcony positions alternate on odd and even floors, generating a layered façade while preserving consistent unit orientation and daylight access.
Typical Floor Plans
The typical floor plans illustrate how varied unit types are organized around shared circulation and green adjacencies. Repetition and variation across floors establish a coherent residential rhythm while allowing light, air, and social connection to permeate the building.
